About the Role

Dapper Labs is looking for a talented and motivated Junior-Mid 3D Technical Artist / Web Developer with a strong foundation in 3D and interactive technology to join our team as a full-time contractor (40 hrs/week) starting immediately.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain performant prototypes & web applications (React / JS / Type Script)
• Contribute to interactive features, pipelines, and tooling (Node / Python / C#)
• Create and optimize 3D assets and workflows (Blender / Unity)
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to deliver polished user experiences
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code with attention to detail
• Participate in the full lifecycle: discovery, prototyping, iteration, optimization, and polish

Who You Are

• 2+ years of professional experience in web development, software development, and/or Unity development
• Practical experience with Three.js / React Three Fiber / WebGL
• Knowledge of 3D content creation tools (Blender, Maya, etc.)
• Experience with WebGL, GLSL, and writing custom shaders
• Knowledge of Node.js or similar frameworks
• Comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows
• Portfolio or Git Hub with relevant projects
