Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

• Senior-level expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• 5+ years of SFMC Development experience
• Experience creating Ampscript and SSJS code from scratch
• Email Studio, Email Builder, and Mobile studio experience, Journey Builder
• Proven ability to develop new code and modify existing code
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within SFMC
• Experience working with integrations inside and outside of Marketing Cloud
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Comfortable taking ownership of complex work streams and operating independently

We are seeking a senior-level Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to take ownership of Marketing Cloud development and integrations. This role requires deep hands-on expertise and the ability to step into work previously managed by a consulting partner, driving solutions forward independently and collaboratively.

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Develop new code and enhance existing functionality to support marketing initiatives
• Modify, debug, and troubleshoot existing code and automations
• Build and manage email campaigns using Email Studio and Email Builder
• Develop and maintain customer journeys using Journey Builder
• Write and maintain AMPscript (mscript) for personalization, data handling, and integrations
• Work across integrations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data extensions and connected systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, data, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Take full ownership of Marketing Cloud work previously handled by a consulting partner, ensuring continuity and quality
