Elastic Software Developer position at ASRC Federal Holding Company in Warner Robins, GA. ASRC Federal is a leading government contractor that supports space, public health, and defense missions. The role supports a USAF contract on Robins AFB, collaborating with the 402d Software Engineering Group to provide secure Elastic‑based solutions for various weapon system platforms.

• Design, develop, and deploy secure elastic‑based architectures optimized for mission‑critical data.
• Provide senior‑level technical expertise in Elastic stack integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all Elastic environments meet strict cyber security standards through access control, encryption, and monitoring protocols.
• Engineer scalable data pipelines and architectures using scripting languages (Python, Bash, Power Shell) and support automation via Jenkins, Logstash, etc.
• Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams spanning software, systems, and electrical engineering to deliver integrated, reliable, and secure solutions.
• Document and standardize configurations and procedures to ensure maintainability and operational continuity.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer/Electrical Engineering.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum 3 years of production experience with Elasticsearch.
• Experience with indexing, searching, analytics, data aggregations, complex search queries, data modeling/indexing, cluster management/architecture including scaling.
• Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Power Shell) and database structures.
• Familiarity with Kibana, Logstash, Jira, and Jenkins.
• Security+CE certification required.
• Ability to perform at a senior / SME level with minimal to no assistance from junior staff.

• Facilities open 6am–6pm; hours can be coordinated with customer leadership.
• Flex time allowed during the 2‑week pay cycle; minimize PTO usage for appointments.
• A compressed work schedule (e.g., 4/10 or 9/80) may be available at management discretion.
