Pay Rate: Up to $38/hr on W2

Job Summary:

Seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Management Specialist to support high-value AOG (Aircraft on Ground) MICAP shipments for its USAF customer. This role involves managing urgent logistics operations, transportation risk mitigation, and end-to-end processing of AOG MICAP orders. The specialist will work cross-functionally with internal teams, service providers, and key stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support AOG MICAP customer orders
• Oversee transportation and logistics service providers
• Monitor service provider performance and contract compliance
• Support risk mitigation activities for C17 AOG MICAP operations
• Build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of supply chain or logistics experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Interview Process:

• Structured panel interview with 3 interviewers
