What Youll Earn (W2 Position)Top-Tier Pay: $0.56 to $0.65 CPM based on your professional background.
Consistent Cash Flow: Weekly direct deposits ranging from $1,200 to $1,500

Performance Incentives: Earn an additional $0.08 CPM through our safety and fuel efficiency program.

Full Compensation: We pay for your orientation (including travel/hotel), extra stops, and detention time.
Equipment & Life on the RoadNo Slip-Seating: You are assigned a dedicated truck that stays with you take it home!
Premium Fleet: Drive 2022 or newer models (Freightliner, International, or KW T680) with automatic transmissions and APUs included.
Schedule: Maximize your miles with 12 days on the road followed by 48 hours of home time every other week.
Bring a Friend: We welcome one dog (under 30 lbs) or a human passenger starting Day One

Route: Operating primarily in the Eastern US (East of I-35).
Efficiency: 100% No-Touch freight. 60% of our loads are Drop & Hook.
Volume: Expect to average 2,500 miles every single week.

Training Salary: $650 per week guaranteed.

Requirement: Must have 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
Do You Qualify?License: Valid Class A CDL and age 21+.
Experience: 6 months of TT experience preferred (mentorship available for students).
Safety First: No safety-related terminations and a clean 5-year driving record.
Background: Clean criminal/DUI record for the past 10 years; 10-year solid work history.
Testing: Ability to pass a comprehensive drug screen.
