Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift

We're looking for a Forklift Operator for our 2nd shift at Lake City. This role is safety-sensitive and requires maintaining a clean, safe work environment and proper handling of materials.

• Utilize manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers with loading and unloading trucks.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Perform material handling duties such as picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting, and other related tasks.
• Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other assigned duties.

• Proficiency with forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink‑wrap material.
• Experience using an RF scan gun.
• Previous forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Good reading comprehension of work instructions.
• Strong teamwork and minimal supervision required.
• High attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs unassisted.
• English reading, speaking, and writing.

• 1 year freight/cargo warehouse experience.
• 1 year sit‑down forklift experience.

Mon through Friday, 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

$17.00 – $19.00 per hour. The company may adjust this range based on market conditions and other factors. Final starting salary will be discussed in accordance with applicable laws.
