Warehouse Associate / Driver Trainee Bilingual

• $17/hour starting pay
• Increase to $18/hour upon conversion after 720 hours and transition into Truck Helper/Warehouse responsibilities
• Additional pay increase once moved into a solo truck driving role

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate with the opportunity to grow into a Truck Driving role. This position offers a fast-track career path with increasing responsibilities and pay growth for the right candidate. The ideal individual will be reliable, safety-conscious, customer-focused, and able to represent the company professionally.

• Sort IT hardware by category (PCs, monitors, printers, etc.)
• Scan inventory into the company database using a scan gun
• Assist with unloading trucks as needed
• Maintain organization and accuracy within the warehouse
• Follow safety procedures and work collaboratively with the team

• Clean driving record required
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and move 50–60 lbs as needed (team lifting encouraged)
• Basic computer skills and comfort using scanning equipment
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

This role provides advancement into a Truck Helper position and eventually a solo 24ft box truck driver role. No special license is required for the truck driving position. Candidates must be professional and customer-service oriented, as they will eventually serve as a representative of the company.

This position is onsite in Cumming, GA. Applicants outside commuting distance will not be considered.
