* Position Summary:

** Oversees the daily activities, workload, and employees who transport and deliver Fox products
*
* Position Responsibilities:

*** Oversee lot organization and coordinates lot staff to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
* Ensures vehicles are locked and secure at the end of the day
* Key coordinator with inbound and production
* Oversees transportation employee performance and allocates driver assignments
* Works with Transportation Supervisor to assure compliance with safety standards and that organization objectives dictated by management are followed
* Keeps track of transport vehicles, making sure that all vehicles are maintained and in top working condition
* Assists Supervisor in hiring and termination recommendations and processes
* Serves as a point of contact for customers, building relationships and addressing complaints
* Trains staff in department policies and procedures
** Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

Required:

*** Meticulous attention to detail and capable of multi-tasking
* Ability to work outdoors and be on foot for extended periods of time
* Team oriented person with strong interpersonal skills
* Valid driver’s license with clean MVR

** HS diploma or equivalent required

* Experience:

*** 2+ year of prior relative work experience required

Physical Requirements:

*** Manufacturing Environment
* Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
* Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
* Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
