Position: Warehouse and Inventory Specialists

Type: Hourly contract

Location: Remote

Commitment: 20–40 hours/week

• Write realistic tasks and scenarios based on real-world shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in manufacturing environments.
• Create situations involving shipment processing, receiving inspections, inventory tracking, and warehouse documentation.
• Develop scenarios for handling discrepancies, coordinating with carriers, managing stock levels, and using inventory management systems.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to logistics and inventory-related queries for accuracy and industry alignment.
• Provide detailed, structured feedback to improve AI training for manufacturing logistics use cases.

• 4+ years of professional experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory roles within manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management or lead responsibilities.
• Proficiency with computers and common inventory or warehouse software systems.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and clarity.
• Ability to pass a video interview, background check, training, and qualification assessment.
• Significant prior experience in warehouse or inventory operations preferred.
