Company Driver – Climate Express, Inc. (Oklahoma City, OK)

Pay: $1,430 to $1,860 per week (based on work record and experience; determined after full processing). Route type is OTR.

• Operate 2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks as an OTR driver, primarily on the middle corridor of the United States.
• Deliver dry van and reefer loads with 100% no‑touch freight, using 1 pick/1 drop or drop and hook procedures.
• Maintain truck in good working order; perform or arrange regular maintenance and inspections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and managers; meet face‑to‑face with team members to ensure safety and compliance.
• Uphold company safety standards; report and address any incidents promptly.

• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
• Willingness to drive OTR.
• No more than 4 serious driving incidents.
