Accounts Receivable Manager
Our client in Macomb County is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team. In this role, you will oversee all accounts receivable functions, including cash application, creating and posting journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, completing account reconciliations and supporting month‑end close. In addition, you will manage aging, oversee collections and variance analysis, and evaluate and implement process improvements, partnering with finance leadership to support operational performance and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Cash application, posting journal entries, and maintaining the general ledger.
- Complete account reconciliations and support month‑end close.
- Manage aging, collections, and variance analysis.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements.
- Partner with finance leadership to support operational performance.
- At least five years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience with a large ERP system (e.g., SAP, Net Suite, or Sage).
- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
- Full‑time, permanent, 100% onsite position.
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, vision benefits, and the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
