Responsibilities- Assist partners and team members with day-to-day administrative duties, including scheduling, maintaining calendars, processing expense reports, organizing/billing, travel arrangements, and other reservations.
- Administer and assist with production, editing, and distribution of client or firm deliverables such as proposals, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, work plans, and related materials.
- Schedule and organize meetings, reserve conference rooms, arrange needed equipment, and set up conference calls.
- Distribute agendas, project lists, minutes, and reports in preparation for meetings when required.
- Manage the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system for the team, including reporting.
- Prepare forms and workflows (new client setup, job codes, check requests, etc.).
- Monitor training schedules and CPE reporting for the team; provide backup as needed.
- Support other administrative assistants as necessary.
- Perform additional office duties as required.
- HS Diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
- 3 or more years in an administrative or executive administrative role, preferably in professional services.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service and the ability to maintain high confidentiality.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
This is a non-exempt position, so hours may exceed 40 per week.

Benefits and CompensationThe compensation range for this role is $22.82–$34.21 per hour, depending on location (CO, IL, OH, MA). Eligible staff receive a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, Flexible Time Off, holidays, 401(k) and other benefits. Some positions may include health insurance for contingent staff; eligibility varies by hours worked per week. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff.
A pension plan is available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff.
