Sales Administrator – Williamsburg, MI Responsibilities
- Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information
- Assisting with used equipment listings
- Assisting with marketing coordination with corporate and local organizations
- Saturday scheduling of sales staff
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
- Oversee mail deliveries and packages
- Purchase office supplies
- Credit applications and contracts
- Balancing money daily
- Deposits
- Filing
- Account receivables
- Assist manager
- Invoicing
- Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time
- Assist Rental Department
- Coordinate safety training and present to employees
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and well-organized
- Strong work ethic
- Desire to learn
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Developed computer software skills, including the ability to create MS Excel worksheets
- Computer programs:
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Reasoning Ability - Intermediate:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Physical/Sensory Functions:
Regularly will use hands, talk/hear, sit, will reach with hands and arms;
Occasionally will stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. - Lift and/or Move Functions:
Frequently will lift up to 10 pounds;
Occasionally will lift up to 50 pounds.
