The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Account Management Senior Assistant to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Cheboygan, MI. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team.

This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a varied array of functions including, but not limited to, issuing certificates of insurance, crafting proposals, facilitating electronic policy delivery for our customers, and other related customer account documents.
  • Work closely with Account Manager and Marketing Manager.
  • Contribute to various team meetings.
  • Participate in day-to-day communication with clients proactively.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace environment.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • High school or GED required.
  • Proficient data entry skills.
  • Organized with good time management skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and can quickly learn new programs.
  • Detail oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment.
