Job SummaryResponsible for performing preventive maintenance and repair of motorcycles to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance and general mechanical repairs on a variety of motorcycles.
- Inspect motorcycles for issues and identify necessary repairs.
- Follow manufacturer and company repair standards.
- Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Conduct on‑site motorcycle inspections and PMS during branch visits, caravan PMS activities, or scheduled fleet programs within the Luzon Area.
- Perform Roadside Assistance.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience as an motorcycle technician.
- Experience in maintaining and repairing various motorcycles makes and models.
- Must hold a valid NCI certification.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle confidently.
- Knowledgeable and capable of driving 4‑wheel vehicles (valid driver’s license preferred).
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of motorcycle systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
