Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
- Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
- Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations-building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts
- Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials
- Oversee technicians' inspections
- Other duties as assigned
- Willingness to develop into a Store Team Leader position
- General automotive knowledge
- Excellent customer service disposition
- Good communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule of 46 hours per week.
- Valid driver's license
We offer medical, dental and vision insurances, the 1st of the month following 90 days of continuous employment.
Vacation 5 days after 180 days of employment, 2 weeks at 1 year work anniversary.
Paid holidays after 90 days of continuous employment.
We are closed most if not all major holidays.
