POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for supporting customer programs by managing order execution, schedule updates, shipments, and invoicing. This role coordinates between Sales, PMO, Operations, and customers to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

- Update and maintain weekly customer schedule releases
- Track orders, open quantities, and delivery commitments
- Create and manage shipments, ASNs, packing lists, and invoices
- Perform order entry and maintenance in ERP and customer portals
- Support PMO with post-award order execution and onboarding
- Communicate order status, changes, and issues to internal teams and customers
- Resolve order, shipment, and invoice discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, and Distribution Center) to expedite and fulfill sales orders promptly
- Update customers and Sales team on order changes/ delays
- Ensure contract compliance and metrics are followed and properly documented
- Communicate verbally and electronically with customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Clear communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Experience in order management, expediting, customer service or supply chain support
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Experience with schedule releases, ASNs, and invoicing
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with ERP systems and customer portals
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products
