As an Inforce Policy Specialist, you would join a team that has pioneered the industry’s first Inforce Data management offering, 1-Click Annual Reviews, a convenient, automated, solution for agents to manage their client's annuities. The core responsibilities for this role are assisting our agents with a wide range of tasks, such as acquiring values and forms, addressing policy-related inquiries, and supporting servicing requests such as withdrawals or changes.

You would play a pivotal role in helping agents move their current clients to Signal Advisors, providing support for their past sales.

• Navigate carrier websites and contact carriers over the phone to gather policy information, check status, and prepare annual reviews
• Assist producers with ad hoc policy information requests
• Gather annual statements and publish 1-Click Annual Reviews
• Data analysis and management of In Force Data
• Work with our internal Product Team to drive new features and offerings for our Firms

Things move fast here - we’re looking for someone that is able to learn quickly on the spot and isn’t afraid to dive into a new topic.

We’re currently building out many new initiatives and programs. You’ll need to quickly ramp up and start executing. We talk a lot about strategy and high-level ideas, and you should be able to independently translate ideas into action, dig into the details, and make progress toward our team’s goals.

• Relevant experience with outbound phone calls, emailing, downloading and recording documents, navigating data-base software
• Ability to work within short deadlines while managing several projects simultaneously
• Experience with annuities, life insurance, and/or securities is strongly preferred
