Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for contractors and agents, maintaining professional and effective communication.
- Review and clearly explain payment calculations, including revenue breakdowns and applicable deductions.
- Oversee and support the accurate processing of contractor/carrier payouts, including distributions of up to 80% of billed revenue.
- Manage daily workflow in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring productivity targets and deadlines are consistently met.
- Verify trip reports for accuracy, including mileage validation and ensuring fuel receipts are properly submitted to issue applicable fuel credits.
- Handle inbound inquiries from drivers, providing timely resolution or escalation as needed.
- Proactively follow up with drivers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or incomplete paperwork.
- Support operational efficiency by ensuring compliance with company procedures and maintaining accurate documentation standards.
- High school diploma required.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret payment data accurately.
- Demonstrated customer service and communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial and operational processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
