Full Time
- Perform program evaluation, review, and analysis in the areas of program management, planning, programming, cost and schedule to ensure that individual FMS country program goals and objectives are achieved.
- Provide input and recommendations during meetings and reviews regarding the assigned program.
- Perform financial analysis utilizing PBAS, SOMARDS, DSAMS, MOCAS, FEDLOG, DIFS, CCOPES, CISIL, LMP, OOO, ATAAPS, TED, and GFEBS.
- Track case funding at country, case, line, and requisition levels using FMS databases.
- Develop an automated system for FMS financial data collection.
- Provide on‑site input and recommendation for budget and pricing of FMS cases to assure cost‑effectiveness. Also research requisition status and develop input to fulfill supply requirements utilizing CISIL, FEDLOG, CCOPES, LMP, and GFEBS.
- Review and provide recommendations for the development of program briefings to FMS customers.
- Review and analyze program documentation, provide input to and maintain specialized FMS customer reports, and supply real‑time updates during PMRs, FMRs, and MSRs.
- Provide input for specialized reports/spreadsheets resulting from review and analysis of concentrated case management.
- Provide input and recommendation for milestone charts and master plans, including transportation plans.
- Recommend improvements for case management functions consisting of logistics, finance, technical, transportation, and in‑process reviews.
- Perform other support duties as needed or directed.
Experience / Skills
- Working knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and analyzing SOWs, PWSs, J&As, CDRLs, IGCEs, acquisition strategies, acquisition plans, and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Clearance and Citizenship
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and pass a background check.
- Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by the client.
