As an Equipment Rental Coordinator, you are the connection between our customers and the equipment they depend on. Your ability to understand needs, coordinate logistics, and deliver a seamless experience directly drives customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, creating a strong, professional experience
  • Drive rental sales by identifying needs and recommending the right equipment
  • Manage the full rental lifecycle: quotes, contracts, scheduling, delivery, and returns
  • Coordinate with service, yard, and delivery teams to ensure equipment is ready and on time
  • Track inventory and equipment status to maximize availability and utilization
  • Educate customers on safe and effective equipment use
  • Keep operations running smoothly through organization, communication, and follow-through
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of customer service, sales support, or operations experience
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Valid driver’s license
What Sets You Apart
  • Equipment rental, construction, or logistics experience
  • Sales or upselling experience

    Dispatching or scheduling background
  • Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with equipment
  • Experience with rental systems (like Point of Rental)
