An individual-contributor role that supports the Dealer Solutions team, working in the Business Operations group. Business Operations serves as a hub to keep the Dealer Solutions team connected, organized and disciplined.
The Analyst will support this effort through:
- (1) the creation and maintenance of ongoing financial reports
- (2) the monitoring the new product development process to keep Dealer Solutions, Product and Marketing on track
- (3) the execution of other ad hoc projects that span Dealer Solutions teams (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, etc.)
This individual contributor role will help drive operational excellence across Dealer Solutions by providing the insights, coordination, and project support needed to keep teams aligned and executing effectively. The Analyst will deliver impactful financial reporting, help ensure product initiatives stay on track across Dealer Solutions, Product, and Marketing, and support cross-functional projects that improve business performance and drive strategic priorities forward.
WhatYou'll Be Doing in This Role
- Maintain the weekly sales pipeline report and forecast
- Track KPI for each Dealer Solutions team
- Work closely with Customer Solutions to aggregate and analyze customer needs, usage data, and feedback across all four solution areas and ~27 in-scope products
- Partner with Dealer Solutions and Product Managers to translate findings into prioritized roadmap milestones and clear requirements
- Maintain a single, de-duplicated backlog of cross-area requests and track them to delivery
- Produce reporting and dashboards that give Dealer Solution leaders and leadership a shared view of the product development process
- Ensure accuracy of pipeline and KPI reporting
- Ensure quality and timeliness of roadmap requirements delivered to Product
- Drive reduction in duplicate/overlapping requests reaching Product
- Drive and sustain adoption of shared reporting by solution leaders; cycle time from request to roadmap decision
This position has a starting salary range of $70,500 - $80,000 USD per year. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employee's pay within the range is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business or organizational needs, and geographic location.
