Project Planning Analyst
Our client, the automotive industry, is seeking a Project Planning Analyst to join their team. As a Project Planning Analyst, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting cross-functional teams involved in vehicle development and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Location:
Auburn Hills, MI / Warren, MI and Detroit, MI Assembly Plants
- Coordinate general and detailed scheduling of vehicle projects to ensure timely execution
- Create and manage bulletins and responses to support project communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare governance decks and product action requests
- Ensure labor, validation, and prototype financial targets are met
- Manage vehicle build plans and delivery schedules to support validation and launch activities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business from an ABET-accredited university
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-directed process management skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills suitable for a collaborative environment
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
