Conduent seeks a Senior Tactical Buying Services Analyst to lead tactical procurement activities supporting major government and commercial clients. In this role, you will execute and optimize day-to-day buying, including RFQs, competitive bids, and purchase orders, while ensuring compliance with policies, contracts, and SLAs. You will analyze spend and supplier performance, identify cost savings, and support negotiations in a data-driven, performance-focused environment.
You will collaborate closely with operations, finance, and client teams, leveraging ERP and procurement tools to maintain accurate purchasing data, KPIs, and reports. Responsibilities
- Execute tactical buying activities to support client operations and service-level commitments
- Analyze spend, supplier performance, and purchasing trends to optimize cost, quality, and delivery
- Manage RFQs, competitive bids, and purchase orders within established policies and SLAs
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and client teams to align purchasing with contract requirements
- Use procurement and ERP tools to maintain accurate data, reports, and dashboards
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within buying services workflows
- Support supplier negotiations and onboarding in partnership with category and sourcing teams
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, and audit requirements
- Produce regular performance, savings, and KPI reports for internal and client stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization, and best-practice sharing across buying teams
