• Manage a national portfolio of contractual change requests, ensuring timely and accurate updates to partner records and contracts.
• Process contractual changes in alignment with state franchise statutes and sales and service agreements.
• Prepare partner contracts and program enrollment forms.
• Complete partner activations and update partner information in applicable systems.
• Maintain accurate contractual partner data in the network planning system.
• Complete Area of Primary Responsibility (APR) notice requirements as outlined in agreements.
• Assist partners with re-contracting activities and related documentation.
• Complete Change Requests in compliance with state franchise laws, ensuring no clock violations.
• Manage the Change Request portfolio to meet or exceed established cycle time targets, including Buy/Sells and P3 changes (≤ 120 days, with a 90-day stretch objective) and other Change Requests (≤ 90 days, with a 60-day stretch objective).
• Provide weekly updates in the contractual analysis tool for all active Change Requests.
• Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation for Change Requests.
• Partner with legal, market analysis, and other subject matter experts to complete proposals.
• Counsel partners and field personnel on company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
• Meet with internal stakeholders and attorneys on partner proposals and current network activities, as needed.
• Communicate internally and externally to complete business activities and manage issues and escalations.
• Collaborate proactively with the department trainer to support ongoing learning and continuous improvement.
• Assist partners, partner candidates, and field personnel in entering information in the contractual information change request system.
• Leverage applicable check sheets and template letters to complete Change Requests.
• Draft custom partner letters for Management/Legal review in response to partner questions and concerns regarding contractual or policy issues.
• Draft professional correspondence to respond to partner Change Requests.
• Provide support to partners and personnel on the execution of contractual documents using e-signature tools.
• Maintain accurate electronic partner files in the management system by uploading pertinent documents.
• Review working files in SharePoint annually to identify and remove selected working files, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, per direction of Engagement & Portfolio Managers.
