Job Title:

Bridge Foreman

Location:

Travel required (Monday-Thursday), based in Ohio - Mostly Columbus up to Toledo and all of the NE

• Lead a small crew on bridge construction projects (both new builds and renovations)
• Coordinate job site logistics and scheduling
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with project managers and communicate progress and needs
• Travel Monday through Thursday for out-of-town projects; home most weekends
• Be available for occasional emergency or off-hours work when required

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bridge Foreman
• Proven experience managing small crews on bridge projects
• Experience working on projects up to $30M
• Ability to work on a variety of bridge types and construction methods
• Comfortable with either Union or Non-Union environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel during the week (Mon-Thurs)
