Salary: $90-95K+.

Supervises installation personnel, manages layout, conducts field verifications, organizes drawings, materials, manpower, scheduling, quality control, and maintains contractor relations.

• Directed activities of workers involved in construction of Architectural Millwork and other construction projects.
• 5-7+ years experience as Manager of Installation in the Architectural Millwork industry.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• Hands‑on management style with excellent people and communication skills.
• Strong planning, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Successful experience in the construction field.
• Working knowledge of National Building Codes.
• Working knowledge of Building Department operations.
• Works well in a high‑pressure environment.
• Well‑organized and efficient.
• Skilled at organizing complex projects, defining project priorities, and delegating tasks.
• Self‑starting, goal‑oriented strategist who promotes success through confidence, perseverance and vision.
