$100,000 - $150,000 per year | Warren, MI | On‑Site | Permanent

• Base salary range ($90K–$120K based on market)
• Bonus potential (10–15%)

• Oversee daily field operations and site logistics
• Manage subcontractor activities and schedules
• Enforce safety standards and quality control
• Communicate with PMs, clients, and inspectors
• Ensure on‑time project delivery with minimal punch list

• 5+ years of field leadership experience in commercial construction
• Proven track record delivering projects from ground‑up through closeout
• Strong knowledge of trades, codes, and construction sequencing
• OSHA 30 and current safety certifications preferred
