- Base salary range ($90K–$130K based on market)

Roles & Responsibilities – Project Manager:
- Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget
- Lead project documentation, schedules, and cost tracking
- Champion safety and quality on-site
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience
- Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software
- Strong financial acumen and subcontractor management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Applicable project experience includes commercial, multifamily, churches, schools, retail, big box grocery), and car washes.
- Experience with carpentry a plus
- Prior field experience a plus
