Overview
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative
. This position is a key communicator for internal and external customers. This position is responsible for quoting, approving, reviewing, and routing customer inquiries and responding appropriately in a timely manner.
- Prepare, enter, verify, document, coordinate and expedite customer quotes, expectation repairs, and purchase orders efficiently.
- Respond to emails promptly, prioritize, investigate, and ensure resolution.
- Work with internal customers (Sales, Equipment Repair, Engineering, S/R) to properly facilitate customer issues and concerns.
- Answer incoming phone calls courteously, providing proper follow-through to completion.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Service oriented with friendly demeanor
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
