Guest Experience Lead Pay: $15–$17 per hour (depending on experience)
Position
Description:
Become a Guest Experience Lead at McDonald's! Your focus is delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring every guest leaves happy. You’ll support the team and help create a welcoming, efficient restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and assist with kiosks or mobile orders
Resolve customer service issues quickly and professionally
Support team members during busy periods
Promote digital ordering and loyalty programs
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to work in a team Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, if required
