Work Environment: 3 days on site, 2 days remote
DescriptionWe are seeking passionate, proactive Customer Success Account Managers (CSMs) to champion the post-sales customer journey for our fleet clients. As a CSM, you’ll be the primary advocate for customers, ensuring their experience is seamless, productive, and exceeds expectations. You’ll work closely with Account Executives (AEs), customer support teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class support, onboarding, and account management.
You Will Be Responsible For 3 Key Areas Delivery & Onboarding- Communicate order status, delays, and delivery activities proactively.
- Facilitate service and maintenance plan development with customers and service teams.
- Manage order changes and coordinate with the support team for system updates.
- Ensure customers are prepared for vehicle delivery.
- Project manage EV charger installation (where applicable), coordinating with partners and tracking milestones.
- Provide digital onboarding resources and conduct post-sale welcome calls.
- Lead onboarding sessions for fleet managers and drivers.
- Analyze telematics and usage data in Customer Health Reports.
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities, passing qualified leads to AEs.
- Monitor and escape vehicle health alerts to minimize downtime.
- Act as the customer’s advocate during support escalations, managing resolution and communication.
- Share industry best practices and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Build and deepen customer relationships to understand business goals and maximize ROI.
- Drive adoption of solutions by educating customers on new features and business value
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally in software, charging solutions, or fleet management.
Experience implementing complex hardware/software solutions (fleet telematics, management, electrification preferred).
Microsoft Excel
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Salesforce, telematics platforms, and digital training tools.
Ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights.
Experience onboarding, training, and supporting automotive fleet customers is highly desirable.
