Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This entry-level position is crucial for maintaining operational excellence and compliance standards while providing essential support to building occupants. The role is currently remote but may require a return to the office in the future, and it involves working a third shift from Thursday night through Monday morning.
Responsibilities
- Process service requests efficiently, ensuring timely updates and closure in line with SLA requirements.
- Schedule and manage shared resources to optimize facility operations and occupant satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary reference point for site information, directing occupants to appropriate resources.
- Maintain proficiency in key systems and applications, including websites, databases, and metrics platforms.
- Assist with onboarding and training new employees on processes and procedures.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Support Property Relationship Leads with client communications and facility coordination.
- Participate in evacuation drills, take shelter procedures, and emergency response protocols.
Essential Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone etiquette and a customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in facilities management or property operations.
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
- Experience with work order management systems.
- Previous training or mentoring experience.
- Familiarity with emergency response procedures.
Work Environment
The position involves working a third shift from Thursday night through Monday morning, consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week. While the job is currently remote, there is a possibility of transitioning back to the office in Warren, MI in the future. The role supports the General Motors account and requires a professional demeanor, punctuality, and strong communication skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
