Treatment Coordinator – Redwood Dental of Warren

Redwood Dental of Warren is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team! As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping patients understand their treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and ensuring they have an outstanding experience from start to finish.

• Present and explain treatment plans to patients
• Verify insurance benefits and discuss financial arrangements
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate treatment
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting patient relationships
• Communicate effectively with providers and team members
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Assist with administrative duties as needed

• Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM shift
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Every other Friday/Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
