We are looking for an exceptional Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Your Neighborhood Dentist in Warren, MI.

The ideal candidate is confident, polished, organized, and highly personable, with the ability to guide patients through their treatment journey from consultation to scheduling. This person should be comfortable discussing treatment recommendations, fees, financial arrangements, and payment options while creating a positive and reassuring patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with patients to review and explain recommended treatment.
  • Clearly communicate treatment plans, financing options, and insurance benefits.
  • Help patients understand their treatment options and confidently move forward with recommended care.
  • Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with patients who have outstanding treatment.
  • Handle financial conversations and collect patient payments professionally.
  • Manage treatment schedules and coordinate appointments efficiently.
  • Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to ensure excellent communication and continuity of care.
  • Provide a warm, professional experience throughout the patient’s journey.
  • Maintain accurate treatment and financial records.
  • Help maximize the efficiency and productivity of the practice schedule.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
  • Has experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar dental administrative role.
  • Is exceptionally comfortable communicating with patients about treatment and finances.
  • Is confident, personable, and naturally good at building trust.
  • Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy practice.
  • Follows through consistently and does not let patients or opportunities fall through the cracks.
  • Is comfortable asking patients to make decisions about their care.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is professional, dependable, positive, and takes pride in their work.
  • Understands the importance of both outstanding patient care and practice growth.
