This position is responsible for creating digital armature models and managing the release and execution of build requests for physical properties. It requires close coordination with cross‑functional teams to ensure builds are delivered accurately and on time, in alignment with GVDP gates, branded , architectural studies, and branded advanced vision models. The role demands proficiency in math creation, data transmission, and fabrication processes.

It actively contributes to problem‑solving by collaborating with design and engineering stakeholders and operates both independently and as part of a broader team to achieve property objectives.

• Maintain a safety mindset while identifying, taking ownership of, and resolving safety concerns
• Develop digital armatures for physical models throughout the GVDP
• Support studio personnel in the development of solutions to engineering and design challenges
• Create digital models that meet design approval, engineering criteria, and data release standards
• Understand program timelines and related model quality requirements
• Follow global design processes, best practices, and attend required program meetings as directed by sculpting leadership
• Perform fundamental assessment of model build quality for studio properties
• Adhere to corporate data management processes (Team Center, SharePoint, etc.) and communication systems (timekeeping, email, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of experience (minimum 2‑4 years)
• Experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD), 3D surfacing in NX, and Teamcenter
• Basic knowledge of vehicle configuration, groundline system, and occupants

• Demonstrates courage to make changes that improve the organization and helps others overcome resistance to change
• Intermediate digital proficiency and strong familiarity with NX or equivalent digital modeling equipment
• Ability to interpret design requests and translate input into 3D models
• Can incorporate engineering criteria into a property build
• Works independently and collaboratively with others
