E-Learning Technical Instructional Systems Designer

Our client, a leader in the automotive manufacturing and technical training industry, is seeking a dedicated E-Learning Technical Instructional Systems Designer to join their innovative team. As a E-Learning Technical Instructional Systems Designer, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting a dynamic team of approximately 20 professionals.

Job Title: E-Learning Technical Instructional Systems Designer

Location: Warren, MI (On-site)

Pay Range: $35 per hour

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials across various formats, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning modules.
• Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts to create effective training solutions supporting new system implementations and process improvements.
• Utilize ADDIE and SAM methodologies to ensure high-quality instructional design and continuous improvement of courseware.
• Develop assessments, evaluations, and visual aids to measure training effectiveness and support learner engagement.
• Assist with promotional materials and communication plans to maximize training outreach and impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in training development tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience creating diverse training formats including ILT, VILT, WBT, videos, podcasts, and job aids.
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with global audiences and all levels of management.
• Ability to analyze training needs and develop assessments to evaluate training success.
