Medical Assistant Instructor – Mornings (Monday‑Friday)
Ross Education Holdings, Inc.
Warren, MI – Campus based position
Schedule:
Morning classes 8:30‑1 (4.5hours per session), part‑time 9–22.5hours/week.
Teach in the Medical Assisting classroom with a maximum of 24 students, covering clinical and administrative skills. Learn and deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans and curriculum.

* Some benefits require a minimal amount of scheduled hours per week.
Qualifications & Requirements- 3+ years’ experience in the medical assisting field and formal training from an accredited institution; must be able to obtain a national certification as a medical assistant.
- Individuals without formal education must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the medical field and a national certification.
- Interest in teaching or prior experience.
- Flexible and passionate about learning and growth.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the building and classroom, and facilitate student participation; reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
- Visual and auditory ability to operate computer equipment, use telephone, read materials, and use classroom/office equipment; reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to use current technology to maintain student records.
- Effective communication skills in classroom and individual settings.
- Knowledge of subjects to be taught and ability to use and communicate Ross curriculum.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast‑paced work environment.
- Ability to achieve or maintain credential and/or licensure within expected time frames.
- Professionalism in manner, dress, and conduct as a representative of Ross and a student mentor.
- Ability to remain objective and treat all students equally.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Adherence to Ross Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics.
- Prior teaching or formal tutoring experience using a developed curriculum is preferred.
- Willingness to perform related work as required.
