Warren, Michigan – Sr. Project Coordinator #1057211

Essential Job Functions
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for leadership learning events and platforms.
  • Coordinate the deployment of leadership development training strategy.
  • Coordinate with facilities for classroom, building, and asset management for in-person programs.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for reservations, event space and food services for in-person programs.
  • Collaborate with Head of Leadership Development and the Learning Program Managers, business partners and internal partners to deploy training strategy and detailed training plans.
  • Provide communication announcements for training events.
  • Manage participant lists and schedule training events for virtual and in-person training; validate/process training record completions/rosters to LMS.
  • Expert in Learning Management System (LMS) and Degreed to support field with usage/reports.
  • Gather, print, order, purchase instructional materials/supplies for learning events.
  • Conduct translation reviews for regional materials.
  • Review applicable data and information to find opportunities and lessons learned to support effective training resources.
  • Lead Global Leader Training actions—implement strategy, logistics, follow up, and develop/train‑trainer sessions.
  • Establish and implement a facilities management process for all rooms, buildings, and assets used for in-person programs.
Role Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions, specifically in training; project management; and event planning.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with proven ability to establish trust and credibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Prior LMS administration experience strongly preferred.
