Director of Admissions and Recruitment; On Site - University Center, MI

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, student services, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment or enrollment strategies.
• Experience using data to guide decision-making, assess outcomes, and improve processes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to student-centered service, access, equity, and inclusion.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the service area.
