Job Overview: Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated School Social Worker to join our team near Howard City, MI, for the  school year. This full‑time role offers a supportive work environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Caseload Management: Provide social work services to 40 students, primarily in Early Childhood and Kindergarten.
• Travel: Drive between multiple school buildings, with paid drive time.
• Collaboration: Work closely with both general education and special education social workers. Participate in bi‑monthly meetings for ongoing support and collaboration.

Qualifications:
