• Hold active Michigan certification as a school psychologist
• Background in school-based settings preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully complete background check and drug screening

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) and BIPs (Behavior Intervention Plans) responsive to each learner's strengths and challenges
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, specialists, and families to deliver coordinated interventions
• Maintain meticulous documentation and take an active role in IEP meetings
• Track student progress and modify intervention strategies to ensure ongoing growth and success
