Qualifications- Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Must also meet requirements of 60 hours of study completed at a college/university; or Associate's (or higher) degree; or pass a competency test (Michigan Test for Teacher
- Basic Skills Test or ETS Para Pro Test
- Math, Reading and Writing tests). - Ability to support school readiness and nature based learning.
- Demonstrated ability to work positively with students.
- Self directed with good organizational and communication skills.
- Must have ability to follow through with prescribed behavioral management programs.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both a team and individual tutoring situation.
