• Current Special Education teaching certification
• Degree in Special Education or related field
• Previous experience in PreK, elementary, or high school settings preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Dedication to inclusive practices and differentiated instruction

• Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to students' unique needs
• Develop, review, and monitor IEPs in close collaboration with staff and families
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to ensure accessibility for all learners
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that promotes academic and social growth
• Collaborate with general education teachers in co-taught high school classrooms, or serve as a resource teacher at the upper elementary level
• Maintain accurate student records and data documentation
• Communicate regularly with families, colleagues, and support staff
