Job Description: As a Preschool Associate Teacher at Trailblazers Preschool, you will play a crucial role in supporting the lead teacher in planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for our young learners. You will engage with children through various activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and execution of daily lesson plans
• Creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment
• Observing and assessing children's progress and providing feedback to parents and lead teachers
• Participating in parent-teacher conferences and school events
• Collaborating with other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom and school

Qualifications:

• A Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate or an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education is required
• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their growth and development
