Insurance Loss Control Surveyor

Overview

Seeking Independent Contractors to perform insurance property surveys for Davies Risk Services. Contractors will work full‑time or part‑time, traveling to residential and commercial sites to document conditions and submit reports online.

• Conduct surveys of residential and commercial properties.
• Take photos of the property and gather details about its overall condition.
• Prepare and submit a complete report in a timely manner via the PC/Desktop portal, including all necessary attachments.

• Reliable vehicle and driver’s license to conduct site visits.
• Computer running Windows 10 or newer and a smartphone or digital camera.
• High‑speed home internet for online report submission.
• Basic computer and communication skills and ability to complete online training within 1–2 weeks.
• Previous independent contractor experience and familiarity with inspections or loss control (preferred).
• Willingness to travel within a 60‑mile radius of Petoskey, MI and overnight on occasion.
• Ability to complete background checks and commitments to maintain confidentiality.
