Wireless CCIE Network Engineer

Duration: 18 months

Rate: $85 to $90/hr

Wireless engineer to support wireless infrastructure “Get Healthy” activities on an 18-month contract. This role is 5 days per week onsite in Warren, MI, with deployment driven by site prioritization and demand.

• Wireless infrastructure remediation, refresh, and post-refresh validation.
• Access point configuration, upgrades, and performance/coverage troubleshooting.
• Site readiness support and documentation of all configuration changes.

• 3+ years of enterprise wireless networking experience.
• Hands‑on expertise in AP configuration, deployment, and remediation.
• Strong knowledge of IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and RF troubleshooting.
• CCIE Wireless required; CCNP Enterprise Wireless or Aruba ACWA/ACCP also accepted.
• Experience with site survey methodology and wireless validation testing.
• Must be available 5 days per week onsite in Warren, MI for the contract duration.

• Access points:
  Cisco Catalyst/Aironet, Aruba (HPE), Juniper Mist.
• Survey/analysis:
  Ekahau Site Survey, Net Ally Air Check G3.
• NMS and ITSM:
  Solar Winds, PRTG, Service Now.
