Our client, a  
** leading automotive engineering and manufacturing organization** , is seeking a  
** Mechanical Technician II
** to join their team. As a Mechanical Technician II, you will be part of the  
** Engineering Department
** supporting  
** design, testing, and manufacturing teams** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong problem-solving skills** ,

** Pay Range:*
* $25.85/hr - $29.54/hr

** What's the Job?*
* + Support engineers in modifying, testing, and repairing machinery and equipment

+ Prepare technical sketches, drawings, and documentation for fabrication

+ Review blueprints and project specifications to support testing and redesign efforts

+ Assist in planning fabrication, assembly, and testing activities

+ Perform basic engineering calculations and evaluate design functionality

** What's Needed?*
* + Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or related field

+ 2-4 years of experience in a mechanical or engineering technician role

+

Experience with engineering drawings, sketches, and technical documentation

+ Familiarity with engineering tools, software, and basic calculations

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
