Our client, a leading global automotive manufacturer, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer III to join their team. As a Mechanical Engineer III, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting product design and development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Mechanical Engineer III
Location:Warren, MI
Pay Range:$49.26 – $56.29 per hour
What’s the Job?- Design and develop mechanical components, tools, and systems
- Analyze design proposals to determine feasibility, cost, and timelines
- Investigate equipment failures and recommend corrective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drafters using CAD tools
- Test and validate mechanical systems and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related)
- 5–7 years of mechanical engineering experience
- Proficiency with CAD or similar engineering software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Opportunity to work with a leading automotive company (General Motors)
