OverviewThis project aims to leverage C++ to develop an Open Radio Access Network O-RAN networking infrastructure in an O-RAN compatible private 5G network deployment.
In addition to the enabling networking infrastructure, the project co-develops UE-side applications with O-RAN-side radio resource control algorithms in forms of xApps to demonstrate application performance boost achieved via the cross-layer optimizations.
Requirements- MS or PhD (preferred) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- C++ development experience.
- Algorithm development and optimization experience.
- 7.00 years of experience.
- Experience with Open Radio Access Network deployment (Nice to Have).
- Experience with 5G Private Networks (Nice to Have).
